We also do not remove or clean any kind of animal or human waste or rodents, even if they are in a trap and dead. Although we can provide estimates for specialized clearing requirements, our standard cleaning services do not include inside appliances, windows, grout cleaning, stone polishing, rust removal, furniture moving or any exterior cleaning. Nor do our regular teams climb ladders, though if you have elevated items which need cleaning, we’re happy to provide a separate estimate. When it comes to items or collections of significant sentimental or monetary value, we ask that clients bring these items to our attention and instruct us to avoid cleaning them, as we’d rather leave your most  precious objects undisturbed than risk an upsetting mishap.
